Package Plans

Option 1:  Prepay for five sessions and receive gift certificate for sixth session free!

Option 2:  Combine any 2 or more treatments and receive a 10% discount off entire package.  (Services must be rendered in same visit.)

 Payment Policies

Payment is due at time of service.  Payments may be made by cash or check.  Pre-payment may be arranged through Paypal with any major credit card.  Gift certificates are available!

There is a $25 charge for returned checks and full payment is due before your next session.

I will provide your health insurance provider with detailed SOAP notes, however full payment is expected and your may receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.
